YOGIC TEA RECIPE
There are many amazing and delicious tea served in the Saturday 8:15am AyurYoga class, which introduces health, balance and aroma to our practitioners. Here are some recipes which you can recreate these delicious Yogic teas from home, and enjoy all the benefits of these nature's gifts. HEAVENLY YOGIC TEA
Benefits:

Boost Immunity, remove inflammation, regulate blood sugar, aid digestion, remove stomach acidity, detoxify body.
Ingredients:

Few slices of fresh Ginger (omit during summer), 1 fresh Turmeric root (slices), 4 pods of cardamon, 4 cloves, 2-3 pieces of Lemongrass, 1 cinnamon stick (or a sprinkle of cinnamon powder), sprinkle of nutmeg.
Preparation Method:

You can place all ingredients in a tea pot and add hot water, or you can boil all ingredients in a pot for 5-10 minutes.

Turn off the fire (*important: if using a stove), let it cool down to a drinkable temperature, then add a table spoon of raw honey in to the tea.

Add some milk or plant base milk into the tea.

Sprinkle some black pepper into the tea and enjoy!
GLOW FLOW TEA
Benefits:

Boost immunity, reduce cholesterol, improve digestion health, improve bowl health, relief menstrual cramps, improve breast milk production.
Ingredients:

Tea spoon of ginger (small pieces fresh / powder), tea spoon of turmeric (small pieces fresh / powder), 3-4 spear mint leaves or 1 tea bag, half tea spoon of Fenugreek seeds, 1 tea spoon of fresh lemon water.
Preparation Method:

Boil all ingredients in water, or sit in a thermos with hot water for 10-15 minutes

Add honey for taste when ready to drink on empty stomach.
